Silver Sulfadiazine USP
Composition : Silver Sulfadiazine USP 10mg.
Indications : Silver Sulfadiazine cream is indicated as an adjunct for the prevention and treatment of wound sepsis in patients with second and thirddegree burns.
Dosage and Administration : After cleaning and debridement, Silver Sulfadiazine should be applied once to twice daily to a thickness of approximately 1/16 inches. The cream may be reapplied whenever necessary to affected area if it is removed by activity or washing. Dressings are not required, However, if individual patient requirements make dressings necessary, they may be used. Or, as directed by the registered physician.
