Desloratadine INN
Composition : Desloratadine INN 5mg Tablet.
Indications : Allergic Rhinitis :
Desloratadine is indicated for the relief of
the nasal and non-nasal symptoms of
allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial)
in patients 12 years of age or older.
Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria :
Desloratadine is indicated for the
symptomatic relief of pruritus, reduction
in the number of hives and size of hives
in patients with Chronic Idiopathic
Urticaria 12 years of age and older Rhinitis :
Desloratadine is indicated for the relief of
the nasal and non-nasal symptoms of
allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial)
in patients 12 years of age or older.

Desloratadine is indicated for the
symptomatic relief of pruritus, reduction

in patients with Chronic Idiopathic

Dosage and Administration : Adults and
12 years of age or older children 5mg
once daily. Child 6-11 years: 2.5mg once
daily, 1-5 years: 1.25mg once daily.
Patients with liver or renal impairment : A
starting dose of one Aslor tablet
(Desloratadine 5mg) every other day is
recommended. Or, as directed by the
registered physician.
Use in pregnancy and lactation : Desloratadine has been assigned to
pregnancy category C by the FDA.
Packing : Aslor tablet : 10 x 10's tablets
in blister pack.
