Ispaghula Husk + Mebeverine Hydrochloride
Composition: Each sachet contains Ispaghula husk BP 3.5gm and Mebeverine Hydrochloride BP 135 mg.
Indications:
It is indicated for the treatment of all kind
of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) such as IBS-C, IBS-D & IBS-A, abdominal
pain and bowel dysfunction associated with IBS.
Dosage and Administration: M-Lax is intended for oral use as suspension in a drink of
water. Adults and children over 12 years: One sachet in morning and one in the
evening with 1 glass of water. This medicine should be taken before half an
hour of meal. A midday dose may be taken if necessary. Or, as directed by the registered physician.
Use
in Pregnancy and Lactation: Ispaghula
husk is not absorbed into the blood stream and does not pass into breast milk
but Mebeverine Hydrochloride is absorbed into the blood stream and pass into
breast milk. Therefore, this medicine should not be used during pregnancy
unless considered essential by the physician.
Storage: Store below 30°C in a cool and dry place. Protect form light and moisture. Keep
out of the reach of children.
Packing: Each box contains 15 sachets.
